Community Gardener role near Nursery Row Park

The Browning Estate Management Association (BEMA), which looks after the Browning Estate adjacent to Nursery Row Park, is looking for a Community Gardener. The role is focused on grounds maintenance, but BEMA are looking for a candidate that can engage with residents and involve them in gardening activities on the estate – making best use of the estate’s assets (including an allotment) and assisting residents with gardens who find it difficult to garden, and to be creative in planning a new design and lay out of an open space on the estate.

Further details are available from the forms below. Please note the Friends of Nursery Row Park are not involved in the funding of the post or in the selection of the successful candidate, but we are keen to support BEMA in finding a candidate able to involve the local community.

Closing date is during March 2015 and can be be confirmed with the BEMA contact provided.
